If you are trying to make money online by affiliate marketing, you must do your research. It's just like anything else, only way more important. I mean, we're talking about your income. The way you pay your bills, the way you feed your family. Research is that important. So, if you've gotten to my article, then you're off to a good start! It means you've begun to search online for ways to make an internet income, and you've decided to read some articles about it before making any decisions. Below, I've given you six easy steps to follow if you really want to make money online - NOT get rich quick. I make my money using an online money making system that has worked for me tremendously!




1. Research! Research! Research! Um, did I mention Research?! I cannot stress this enough. Read articles about the different ways people are earning an online income. Read blogs about making money online. Check out scam and review websites. This step is worth the time you put into it.



2. Make lists. List the different websites you've checked out and make a list of pros and cons for each one. There are a ton of online money making websites out there and you'll never remember which one had which features. You will visit so many that they may actually begin to look the same. Write down anything unique about that website's program.



3. Commit to spending a certain amount of time dedicated to your pursuit everyday. I put aside at least 3 hours everyday to work with my program, whether it's morning or evening. That's up to you but you absolutely have to be committed to this, or you will not make any money on the internet. You just won't. You really have to like it or it will seem like work. This is corny, but you know what? I get up everyday and can't wait to get to my laptop to write a new article, do some research, etc. Anything you want is worth working for. Cliche, yes, but true nonetheless.



4. Keep track of everything! Yes, you will have to spend money to make money. Not much, but there will be a fee here or there for say, an autoresponder service. Keep track of this and all expenses in a small notebook. List the website, the amount you've spent, the time period it covers, and anything else you may need to know about that expense. Write down your login and password information for each site. In your pursuit of internet millions, you are going to register at a lot of different websites. Trust me,you will never remember your information for each one.



5. When you finally settle on a program to help you make money online, stick with it! Yes, even if takes a few weeks, stick with it. You will make money if you follow the action plans to the letter. You may not see big money at first, in fact, you probably won't.....oh, but you will. Don't give up before you unleash what the internet can really do for you. You will not get rich overnight no matter what any website says. Recognize that making real online money will take a little bit of time, but it's worth it.
